Certain events today have got me thinking about my course and what I have learnt.

The media is a powerful tool indeed, and in terms of online advertising, companies don't seem to care whether the website they are sponsoring gets negative or positive attention. They just want attention.

Still, shouldn't they consider a few points? Like, not promoting the wrong kind of talent? Are companies not worried that being associated with a negative figure will defame them?

But then again, some companies DO treat negative attention from the media as free advertising.

Confusing crap. =\

Too much for a sleepy brain to handle. xD
